The extra virgin olive oil KOLIMPARI S.A. is produced from the thousand-year-old trees planted in the area of Kolymbari during the period of the venetian occupation of Crete and is supplemented by the trees of the modern olive cultivation. It is the creative and harmonious cooperation of these trees with the environment, the soil, the sun, the water, the sea breeze of the Cretan Sea, as well as the zest displayed by the olive cultivators of the area that lead to such an olive fruit, out of which a superior quality olive oil is extracted by natural processing methods in our own oil presses.
